2.Loan Option Review
You review the options we have provided and let us know. We will collect any additional information required to proceed and complete the application with the lender, we stay in contact with you throughout this process. At this stage a credit check will be performed.
3.Final Approval and Contracts
Once final approval is received we work with you to execute contract documents and meet any settlement conditions that are applicable.
Contract documents and any required items are lodged with the lender for settlement. We liaise with you and your supplier to arrange payment (where applicable).
